Hello:
Today we mailed in our contracts and home study agreement. Things are moving right along. We're thinking about painting Chloe's room purple. It seems to be the only color we can agree on. Pretty soon we'll be starting our parenting classes and interviews. This weekend we are going to start looking into accessorizing Chloe's room. Hopefully we'll be able to agree on something.

In terms of accessorizing, I'm going to weigh in New Mexico's vote: NO CLOWNS. SOME of us (who may have once actually gotten into a fight with seven members of an outlaw biker gang) are literally afraid of clowns. Others of us, who are pretty and smart and smell like rainbows, only think clowns are slightly creepy and somewhat sad. Either way... clowns = bad.
What about kids' book characters, like The Berenstain Bears or Charlotte's Web? Ah, good memories. I'ma be sendin that child some BOOKS!

and that your beau smells like rainbows? wow...i recall him smelling like the Rainbow Casino, maybe, but rainbows? though, to be fair, i have no clue what a rainbow smells like.
i like kids' books characters. that's a great idea.
there will be much "discussion" about this accessorizing. she wants something like fish or animals or something. i want old typewriters and black and white photos of mimes and battleships. :)
oh, and i'm in total agreement on the clowns thing. ixnay on the ownclays.
